Join a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Marketers, Data Scientists and Developers to deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences. Work directly with customers weekly in order to understand their requirements, evaluate customer research and translate those findings into opportunities. Design within the Social Media Management solutions product team, forming a tightly aligned product trio with a product manager and engineers.

As Ecosia’s Design Team Lead, refine the design culture, guide the multi-disciplinary design team, and ensure user and business goals are met across all products. Oversee horizontal practices, including User Research, Content Design, and Design Systems, and lead a team of 8 designers. Enhance collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and BI, while defining a design strategy and optimizing ways of working. This position requires strategic thinking and practical involvement.
